We had a rat in a rental property. Another company came and gave us a quote for 3k and coming back over the year. Jerry came a couple hours later. Gave us very simple solutions we can implement ourselves and only charged us for a service visit. Ya know how much that was? $80. Yep. He gave us honest advice. If we ever have another issue we’ll call Jerry right away. Good guy!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. We had evidence of mice in our house, and after doing our research we decided to not go with one of the big box pest control companies in the hopes that we’d receive better customer service from Sure Thing.That was clearly not the case when we experienced our FIRST no show. I called the company, and they said they had put us on their calendar for the day prior. However, no one showed up the day prior either, so that was clearly not true.A week later, even though I said I no longer wanted to use their services, a man reached out who seemed like an office manager. He was nice and wanted to make it right and offered to put us on their schedule a second time. I was hopeful things would be different the second time around. But I just had to call the office again for our SECOND no show. The technician actually just arrived as I’m writing this, 20 minutes late to a TWO HOUR blocked appointment.This company clearly does not value their customers’ time, does not have a dedicated team, cannot communicate (they also never responded to my last emails), and is extremely unorganized. So why would I trust them to tackle an issue at home?My advice is to take your business elsewhere.

Our technician, Bryan, was awesome. He was prompt, easy to communicate with, knowledgable, thorough, and personable. Very impressed!

If I could rate them no stars I would. The office staff is very rude. They all claim to be owners when they are not. Since this company has changed hands it has went down hill big time. They have came out and charged for service that were not even fully performed. Talking about my house which was agreed on. Also argued with me about having termites and was confirmed that I do have termites. Will not use again
